Travel Rules

  1. The front door is used when boarding our buses and the middle and rear doors are used when alighting.
  2. It is forbidden to pick up and drop off passengers outside the bus stops.
  3. Passengers are required to prepare their electronic cards and other public transport cards before boarding the bus.
  4. Children between 0-6 years old can benefit from free boarding provided that they are accompanied by their parents. However, they cannot occupy a separate seat. Every student from primary school onwards must board with a student card with a picture.
  5. In our buses, holders of paid, discounted and free public transport cards must show their cards to our driver personnel.
  6. If the public transport cards are invalid or expired, the passenger is not allowed to board. Discount/free cards that are invalid or used in the place of someone else will be confiscated.
  7. Pregnant, elderly and disabled people are given priority when boarding the bus. The seats in the middle on the left side are reserved primarily for the elderly, pregnant women and veterans.
  8. Do not pile up at the front of the vehicles, move towards the back and make room for passengers travelling from other stops. Passenger seats must not contain any items that may prevent other passengers from travelling seated.
  9. Animals are not allowed on our buses except for animals in cages, animals under protection and dogs accompanying the visually impaired.
  10. It is forbidden to consume tobacco products such as cigarettes etc. in our buses by law.
  11. No food and beverages (except water) may be consumed or sold on our buses.
  12. It is forbidden to talk loudly in vehicles in a way that disturbs other passengers and the driver, to keep the driver busy and distract him/her.
  13. Do not stand in front of the doors of vehicles as it may pose a danger during opening and closing.
  14. No behaviour that may endanger human life is allowed in vehicles.
  15. Citizens who are intoxicated to the extent that they are disturbing the passengers cannot travel on our buses.
  16. It is forbidden to damage the equipment, safety equipment, seating and standing areas of our buses, to write, to defile, to litter, to throw rubbish, to stand or step on the seating areas.
  17. It is necessary for our passengers to press the stop button before coming to the stop where they will get off and to proceed towards the doors before the vehicle enters the stop pockets, so that our elderly and children citizens do not have problems when getting off.
  18. Advertisements, posters, etc. cannot be pasted without permission.
