Fare Information

Citizens who are entitled to use urban public transport services free of charge with AYKART will continue to benefit from the same rights within the AYBAN Suburban System, within the scope of the current regulations.

A “Pay As You Go” system will be applied on AYBAN. Passengers will tap their AYKART on the card reader located at the entrance when boarding the train, and tap it again on the card reader located at the exit after completing their journey. In this way, they will only pay a fare corresponding to the distance they have travelled.
